Real, sustainable change takes time. We work together over 3 to 6 months, so what you uncover has time to ground into how you actually experience daily life. This is a deeper process, rather than a one-off session.

It tends to suit people who are self-aware and may have already done some inner work, but keep meeting the same patterns. You don't need to know what's "wrong" or be able to name it. If something in your life is asking for attention and you're ready to work with it, that's enough to start. The free call is there for us both to feel into whether it's a fit.
We work with what your system is ready for, at a pace it can trust. Your body is good at showing us how much is right for now, and I follow that. This isn't about forcing anything open. Within that, real change can happen, sometimes sooner than you'd expect, because we're working with what's actually there rather than around it.
Patterns that have been with you a long time tend to shift in layers, not in one sitting. Working over a few months gives what you uncover time to settle into how you actually live, so the change holds rather than fading by the following week.
That's common, and it isn't a barrier. Plenty of people start out unsure what they're feeling, or noticing very little. Part of the work is gently rebuilding that connection. You don't need to arrive already knowing any of this.

Twenty-nine years working closely with people through birth and big life transitions inform this work, alongside IFS-informed somatic trauma therapy and a Masters in Health. A lot of how I work comes from noticing what's happening underneath, led by your body and what it's ready for. This means that patterns can shift deeply, held in a safe, grounded space.
