Conscious Conception, Pregnancy, Birth &

Parenting

Guidance for life’s most sacred transitions

Whether you're preparing to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or finding your footing after birth, you're in one of the most defining stretches of adult life.

The work you do here reaches forward into how you parent, how you partner, and who you become through it.

Most people are doing this without much real support. The village of connection that used to carry new families through this transition has changed.

But you and your family deserve to feel supported and held throughout.

This page brings together work shaped for each stage, from conception, pregnancy, birth, and the early years, built on 29 years in midwifery, perinatal psychology and IFS-informed somatic trauma therapy.

an act of invitation

Conception isn't just physical.

The emotional state you're in, the patterns you carry, the quality of your relationship, and the space you're creating for a baby all shape this next chapter.

Conception is about clearing the path to call in your baby, preparing your relationship, and laying a foundation for pregnancy, birthing and parenthood.

This is for you if:

  • you want to get pregnant, consciously

  • you've been trying to get pregnant and something's not flowing

  • you're drawn to the idea of calling in your baby even before conception

  • you want to enter pregnancy grounded, connected, and ready

What this work can support:

Beyond the timing and the checklists, we focus on the home you’re building within yourself. We’ll tend to the fears and 'what-ifs' that surface along the way, helping you create a sense of internal space and peace as you prepare for your pregnancy.

  • An intuitive inquiry into the emotional and energetic space you're creating for your child

FAQ's

When should I begin this work?

You can start at any time, even if you're just beginning to think about conceiving. Many people find it supportive to begin 3–12 months before trying to conceive, but there's no "too early" or "too late" here.

Do I need to have a partner to do this?

Not at all. Many people come to this work solo. If you do have a partner, you can include them in one or more sessions, but it’s not required.

Is this for people struggling to conceive?

This work isn’t a fertility treatment. It's for people who are ready to connect emotionally, spiritually, and energetically with the process of calling in a child — whether conception happens easily or takes time. Couples who have previously struggled to conceive have often become pregnant during this work, as we're working with the deeper fields of emotions and energy, which are directly tied to the body feeling safe enough to conceive.

Can this support continue if I become pregnant?

Yes, if you conceive during your preconception package, remaining sessions naturally become early pregnancy support. This has happened many times! And it means you have support in those intensive early weeks.

& Birth Journey

Preparing for birth and parenthood with presence and clarity

Pregnancy and birth are not only physical. They shape how we meet ourselves, our relationships, and the transition into parenthood.

This work offers a steady, attuned space to orient inward during pregnancy. The focus is on meeting hopes, fears, expectations and uncertainty honestly, and preparing for birth with presence, clarity and choice.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fourth, the focus is the same: strengthening your own trust, so you arrive at birth grounded in your own knowing and connected to the people who will support you.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • You want to approach pregnancy and birth with awareness, not just checklists and planning

  • You feel the emotional and relational aspects of pregnancy matter as much as the physical

  • You want space to meet uncertainty, expectations, or previous experiences honestly

  • You’re preparing not just for birth, but for the transition into parenthood as a couple (second or later baby? The relationship support is even more important)

This work changes how you approach birth and parenthood, together

What this work involves:

  • A structured, personalised container for pregnancy and birth preparation, tailored to your needs and stage of pregnancy

  • Full access to my Conscious Birthing online course so our sessions focus entirely on your personal needs rather than information delivery.

  • 1 x Birth Prep Workshop: practical, embodied tools you can use together

  • 1 x Couples Relationship Session: connection and preparation for the transition into parenthood (second or later babies - focusing on you two is also vital)

  • A curated set of guided processes and integrative exercises to support deep integration between sessions

  • Ongoing support between sessions

Postpartum Integration

Birth changes you. So does becoming a parent.

However your birth went, the early weeks and months can be tender, joyful, raw and disorienting, often all at once.

Your body, your sense of who you are, and your closest relationship are all changing at the same time.

Postnatal integration is emotional and relational support for the first year after birth.

A space to process your birth, settle your nervous system, and find your footing as a parent, on your own or with your partner.

I bring 29 years in midwifery, IFS-informed somatic trauma therapy and perinatal psychology to it.

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, and however you came to parenthood, you're welcome here.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

  • You’re in the early weeks or months postpartum and feel emotionally tender, raw, or disconnected

  • You had a birth that left you with questions, grief, shock, or a story that needs space

  • You don't quite recognise yourself, your body, or your relationship since the birth

  • You and your partner want support with what's shifted between you

What We Might Explore Together

  • Making sense of your birth, however it went

  • Regulating your nervous system when it all feels like a lot

  • Making room for the full range: love, grief, gratitude, anger, numbness

  • Reconnecting with your partner after the changes birth brings

  • Finding yourself again

How the Birth Integration Journey works:

A structured, personalised four-session container for integrating your birth and early parenthood, shaped to your needs and where you are postpartum

  • You're held across these early months as one journey, not a handful of separate sessions

  • 3 x 75-min 1:1 sessions, including birth story debrief and processing, nervous system support, and space for who you're becoming as a parent

  • 1 x Couples Session, focused on the changes in your relationship since birth and finding your way back to each other

  • Guided processes and exercises to support your integration between sessions
